Receptionist function - Need to have feat.

What about the receptionist function, will there be a search function, send mail function with call data, the possibility to search for rights groups, and will there be a free text field on the user which will be searchable? As the receptionist function is in Beta, it is not useful for a receptionist who lives to switch calls.
