Recieve photos from customers

We are looking for a simple solution for our customers to send photos to our support Team. A photo upload function for the live chat would be an alternative to WhatsApp for this. Is der any other opportunity to realise this?

At present this functionality does not exist. I'd suggest contacting a 3CX Partner to escalate this feature request to the Ideas Forum.
