Recommended headsets for Windows Desktop/PWA v18?

[DavidM84]

Hi,

I'm looking at Plantronics/Poly headsets and wanted to know if anyone had tried them and if they did the job?

We can't invest in too expensive headsets but here are the headsets that seem to be a good price:
Blackwire 3220
Voyager Focus UC
Voyager 5200 UC

Since we'll get rid of our Comcast Handsets, I'd like our receptionists to be handsfree.

Thank you for any good advice

Why not go Yealink? They integrate very well with both the Webclient/PWA and the DesktopApp.

What Yealink models wire and bluetooth would you advise?

Plantronics is made in the US, so as I want to support more local companies I thought it would be nice, but I am not closed to other foreign companies.

All those are compatible.

Thank you that helps

Voyager Focus UC

These work like a charm , only downside we had was that we had to update all the FW on every single device for the integration to work with the windows client.

Apart from that a very nice piece of kit for little money
