Reconnect ip phone with stun automatic after shutdown server and turn it on

i have fanvil x3sp ip phone connect to my 3CX server with STUN .. when the server is down the phone is not register ok ... after turn the server on ... the ip phone still not register .. unless i reboot the ip phone then it reconnect again ... how to make the ip phone do this automatically .. like is there any refresh time for stun

How have you provisioned it ? via RPS (username and password entry on the phones interface)

Or by manually posting the provisioning link in the interface of the phone (under auto-provisioning).

only in the way the provisioning method is applied.

I have had experiences where if you manually put the provisioning link in (and thus force the RPS connection) then doing auto-updates (firmware) and re-provisioning from the 3CX management console does not work - but this is likely due to a port being blocked in the first place.

Most devices have a number of timers related to registration. However, I have seen devices seem to ignore the retry timers (even if set correctly), if the server is unreachable for an extended period, as if it just sort of "gives up" after a while. the device then requires a power down, and up to re-register.

So, although that shouldn't happen, it's not unheard of.
