Record call forwarded to outside number

Hi,

Is it possible to record a call forwarded to outside number.

I got an extension (19) that forwards the call to my mobile. I have checked that I want to record extension 19.
It records the on-hold music until I answer the mobile. Then it stops recording but the call still active in 3cx until I hang up.

Is it possible?

Does the extension have the option "PBX delivers audio" checked?
