Record Chat Messages?

Are the chat messages recorded anywhere so they can be read later by an administrator? I don't want to depend on the users to save chat messages. 8|

Hi Laura,
There is no interface or report for admin to see those chat messages, only 3CXPhone provisionned to those extensions can see their own chat message histories.
