Record of Admin Password Change

Good day,

Someone reset our 3CX admin console password to the old version at a remote office and no one is owning up to it. Is there a record of admin password changes and who did it somewhere on the system or logs?

perhaps i'm wrong but I'm pretty sure nothing is logged from any change on system.

As above, no logging is done on any changes done to 3cx, including password changes

Disappointing news.
A single log line entry saying "<Date-Time> Admin password changed. Initiated from IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx by user (Ext Number)" can't be that challenging and would simplify accountability dramatically.
