Record Queue Calls

I would like to make sure that every call is recorded on the system. I want to use the queques not ring groups as I get more reporting from these.

Recording is done at the extension.

Also, if you want to enforce recording and prevent the user from turning it off, you will need the enterprise license.

Hi,

Select all your extensions, and edit. Then go to options and set them like so


Press OK and your are done.
