Solved Recording Archived: Do not Mark as archived

Hi, how are you?

Im having the same issue in two diferent 3CX PBX.

We have configured the remote archive of our call recordings, the files are in ftp, but the system didn't mark it as archived, and do not remove it locally.
We are running out of space because this.

In the log i can see this error, but i don't really know what is the cause of this message.

Recording archiving failed due to the following reason: System.Exception: Cannot upload data to FTP. required size = 286780. realsize = -1 at _3cxFilesystemImplementations.FTP.FtpWrapperStream.Close() at TcxRecordings.RecordingData.Archive() at ManagementConsoleJS.Services.RecordingsOperationsService.<>c__DisplayClass10_0.<<Archive>b__0>d.MoveNext()

Any ideas?

Regarding your question, have you checked the logging on the FTP side to see why the FTP server is sending this error?

Hi Charles, thanks for the idea, was so easy.

3CX client send SIZE command, and ASCII transfermode do not accept SIZE anymore,
Changing the transfermode to binary resolve the issue!
