Recording Archives

We have setup Recording archives after upgrading a client to V20 from V18. Seems after the upgrade all the archiving that was setup in V18 is gone. After the archiving is setup for 30 days to SMB and saved it does not archive. We click the Archive Button, and it finishes but does not archive any recording. See event error below. I have searched the 3CX site and found no in-depth knowledge article explaining the archiving.

Recording archiving failed due to the following reason: System.IO.IOException: STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER at _3CX.Filesystem.Samba.Smb2.Smb2Folder.CreateSubfolderAsync(String name, CancellationToken token) at _3CX.Recordings.RecordingData.Archive(Boolean justUpload) at _3cxSystemService.RecordingCleanup.ArchiveRecordings(Int32 olderThanDays, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

Gone? Are the files still at the SMB location? is it that 3CX cannot authenticate with your SMB?

I suppose it also depends on how the upgrade was performed... An in-place upgrade should know about prior archived recordings, but if you did a fresh install, it would not know about previous archives.
