I would like to have a recording play to inform callers that the call is being recorded.
The normal call flow is people call in and go through the IVR, however if they have a direct extension they just dial that and it goes to the extension.
If they go through the IVR, they hear that the call will be recorded, however if they dial the extension before the IVR that is where i am having issues.
Is there a way to play a message before the call goes to the direct dialed extension? They do not want to disable the ability to have direct extension calling.
