Recording Can't download showing the "File not found or not accessible"

Hi 3CX Team ,
In Aug 27, We migrated 3CX V18 to V20 in Azure Hosted VM. Before Migration,our customer have already been integrated 3CX Recordings with remote sharepoint archive storage.original sharepoint folder root path is /3CX Recording.

Before Migration , all of recordings are accessible on portal and user clients.
After Migration, recordings from before 28Aug are no longer accessible but remain in system and can't download . Its said File not found or not accessible .
Even though data before migration wasn't loss. I found that data on sharepoint like this /3CX Recording/3CX Recording.
Original Root before migration is /3CX Recording.
After Migration , I'm concern about Data Archiving recordings have New Sub folder path (\3CX Recording\3CX Recording).
What if we press move to archive , what will impact about the data?
Data before migration was one Root Path in Remote Share Point.
Data after migration have one root path and new Sub-Folder Path.
How can be reaccessalbe and downloadable again V18 Data Recordings?

Have you tried adjusting your folder/path so that you dont end up with \3CX Recording\3CX Recording and rather just 3CX Recording.
