Hi,

I'm getting the above message regarding recordings, also when somebody is attempting to leave a voicemail they are getting a message stating the mailbox is disabled.
There appears to be sufficient disk space free, there are no recordings at the moment but I upped the quota anyway to see if that would help but it hasn't.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what I'm missing?

Thanks in advance

When you say that you upped the quota are you referring to the voicemail quota or the recordings quota?

Recordings quota: Management Console >> Recordings >> Quota
Voicemail quota: Management Console >> Settings >> Voicemail

Make sure both have not been exhausted.

Hi,

I upped both but neither has had any effect

Maybe a simple restart will sort you out?

@Jamie Langston
Do bear in mind that the Quota check runs approximately every 30 minutes, so it should sort itself out if given enough time. If it does not, do try to reboot like kieferschild suggested.

Let us know what happens

Thank you for your suggestions, I upped the quota a few hours ago so I would have thought it would have realised by now but still seems to be reporting the same.
I have restarted both the services and the server a couple of times but still not having any effect on it

In the screenshots you provided, the "Used Space" for both the Recordings and the Voicemail is not detected. Have any changes been made to the drive either physically or on the OS level? If a Linux machine, can you confirm whether the file permissions are in order for these two directories? The user phonesystem must have read/right/execute permissions on these directories.
