Recording Quota - What happens when full?

Does it stop recording when quota is full?

Is the system self-sufficient enough to be left alone for a long time, and won't run out of disk space due to logs, recordings etc?

Only asking to be sure that it would not continue recording until disk is full and system stalls.

No idea, we take steps to avoid that situation so I've never been hit by it. But quota full and disk full are two different things unless you are terrible at math or don't understand quotas. So which situation are you asking about?

You can see where one might get confused . But @kenzoo says it stops recording. Can always test yourself by setting a lot quota then record yourself breathing or pretend it's karaoke night!

You can set a quota and an also configure a warning when the recordings reach xx percent of quota. This way the administrator knows they have to clean things up. Alternatively you can also set recordings to auto-delete after xx days.

Please note that when your recordings reach the quota the system will stop recording. Also with the release of update 3 a safety net was added and the system will stop recordings, logging etc if the Disk space drops below 500mb

• Added Stop processing of logs, vmail and recordings if HDD available size is < 500MB.
