Recordings panel changes

Hi,
I wonder if is possible to make some changes in Recordings panel for selected Extensions who has access to Management Console:
1. Can I disallow "Location" option for this Extensions?
2. Can I change "Download" option to "Listen" option for this Extensions?
3. Can I disallow "Delete" option for this Extensions?

To give an extension access to recordings, don't use the MC. Use the "Show group recordings" under Extension -> Rights, and "Show call recordings" under Extension -> Phone Provisioning -> 3CX App -> Access. It will then appear on their Webclient.
