Solved Recordings show as full depsite being archived

Hi all

I set up archiving yesterday and the recordings are now disabled.

Do I need to do anything to get the recordings to reflect the actual size on local recordings?

Yes i've got that icon but they're not moving to FTP location.

Manually selecting a few works.

Its an SMB server.

Works fine for the backup too.

Hi @kieferschild,

Can you ensure that your system is in Verbose mode. Once done, go and manually try to archive a recording. Note the time.

Now go to the 3CXManagementConsole.log file and search for 'SMB', check the time and confirm it is the correct SMB message, it should tell you why it is not being copied. You may see an IOException that would explain more.

Ive actually changed the schedule to daily and set it to a time a few mins in the future and it looks like it's doing it cos the size is going down.

I'll check tomorrow but its looking good.
