Recordings stored locally?

Hi Guys

We have a customer who had hit the quota on 3cx for recordings. After they had hit the quota they had pressed the record button on the 3cx phone app on andriod. Would this have saved the recording on the phone? Or would it not have saved at all because the quota was hit.

I really hope we can get this recording.

Hello @RyanF

Please note that all recordings are stored on the server. When recording is enabled all audio passes through the server. So if the quota was reached i am afraid that the recording is lost.

What a pity I thought the app might store it locally on the android phone when the record button is pressed.
