Recordings TimeStamp Settings??

Hello

I am curious why the time stamps of my filenames of recordings DO NOT match those in my local time.

Recording filenames are 6 hours ahead of us.

Is there anyway to fix this??

i get so few messages as if i am not in office, they call my cell. - I do not notice...
timezone of server correct?
user with incorrect timestamp in same timezone as server?

All time zones are in sync on our user computers and the server are exactly the same.

That seems like a minor thing, but our calls get verified and the time and date are very important.

I suppose I can have a script ran to rename the files but I still don't understand why they would show up in another time zone even though the time zones match up everywhere else. smh??

A word of warning, if you change the file names of the recordings in the folder where they are located, then if you generate a report from the Management Console, the links will not work for the recording because it will be looking for the original fine name.
