Recovering contacts from backup

Good afternoon

I upgraded a customer from v16 to v18 and they're telling me they're missing some company contacts.

Can you tell me if it's possible for me to recover the address book so i can compare?

Have you checked the .xml in the backup folder? You can find the entries there. Search <PhonebookEntries>.
