Recurring 2-Minute Silent Voicemails

Our client is reporting intermittent voicemails coming in that are exactly two minutes long and completely silent. It's not dead air or a pocket dial, just silence. We are not sure why it's even registering as a voicemail. This has been occurring randomly over several weeks now.

Have you checked call log to see where/how its happening?

I’ve seen this type of scenario where 1) user calls in on their cell phone, just as 2) 3cx ext dials cell number, 3) user accepts new call but doesn’t hang up their outgoing call.

My guess is an outside dialer is waiting for their agent to become available.
