I have a small phone system with two Patton SmartNode 4112/4114. One is connected to the regular phone lines and will be used for two lines of in/out calls. The other is connected to a so called "red" phone, the type where you pick up and it dials out to a bunch of other phones (that function is all done by the phone company).
My question is, how can I set up 3CX to recognize an incoming call from that "red" phone line? What I want to do is send a "caller id" out to each 3cx softphone registered saying "CRASH" or something similar so that the operator knows a special call is coming through.
