Good morning, we have a situation where we have to redirect an incoming call to one of our DIDs in the UK (via ISDN on Patton gateway) back out over the ISDN to a standalone analogue line at our German office.

I have setup a forward if unavailable on the extension and entered the remote office phone number.

The call goes through but callers don't hear any ringing tone, it's just silent until one to two seconds after the user in Germany answers the phone, then audio works fine.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks
Lawrie

Hello @interactive9

Without a capture this is very difficult to troubleshoot but try to enable PBX delivers audio on the Gateways settings to see if that makes any difference. Also make sure that Supports Re-invite and Support Replaces are enabled

Hi YiannisH

This "enable PBX delivers audio on the Gateways settings" appears to have resolved our issue.

Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear this worked and thank you for sharing
