Hi there,

One of our customers is open at reduced hours on Bank Holidays.
Is there a way to provision this on the 3CX system?

I did some research but all the information I can find is for versions before V20.

Can you please elaborate, what is the exact scenario?

We have a customer who will be open 11am to 5pm on Bank Holiday Monday in August.
Is there a way to configure this as a holiday?
I assumed the way the holiday worked is the office is closed in the hours specified?

I have made two holidays for the same day, one from 00:00 to 11:00 and another from 17:00 to 23:59, I'm assuming this would work?

This depends also if you have already assigned Office Hours for this PBX, meaning that if the Office hours are configured and the Holiday apply it will still route to Out Of Office hours.
Are you in V20?

We're using V20 yes.
Are you saying that office hours override holiday hours?

No, office hours dont override holidays, just make sure you've got your routing set up correctly for OOO and Holidays.

Make sure your holidays are set up in your dpt office hours.

alternatively, let your customer force IN office hours via client.

That would be also a recommendation, you can simply force the PBX to use the IN Office Hours from the web client and keep it for 12 hours.
