Hello everyone,

Let me explain and try to get a solution with a very special configuration.

We have a generic SIP trunk to a voice service and we are able to make outbound calls from a 3CX extension to this service with an outbound rule that routes the call to that service.

That service is able to redirect the inbound call to an external number, but it does sending a REFER to the 3CX.

And here is the "special" feature: that service only sends the REFER to a E164 format phone numbers. When the number is real and exists the REFER works fine, 3CX accepts the REFER and send an INVITE to the first ITSP provider SIP trunk configured in outbound rules.
But we need that REFER to internal 3CX extensions without the cost of an outbound call through our SIP trunk provider. And we thank to crearte a LoopBack SIP Trunk create "fake" phone numbers, and assign those fake phone numbers to an outbound rule to the loopback SIP Trunk.

But 3CX doesn't match to that outbound rule.

Let me explain with some screenshots:

This is the LoopBack SIP trunk in 3CX

And their "fake" DIDs assigned to internal 3CX extensions:

This is a REFER from the voice service to 3CX:

And this is the outbound rule (that doesn't match) to manage the calls to "fake" numbers through the LoopBack SIP Trunk:

This rule is the first rule in the order, above other rules that allow calls to "real" numbers through our ITSP provider. And 3CX send the call to that ITSP but the number is fake and the call, or the transfer, fails.

any help or idea?

Thank you very much in advance,
Joel
