Regarding Migration 14.5 to 15.5

Hi Team

I am preparing migration from 14.5 to 15.5. I have a running 15.5. version but when we carry out the migtration I will need to run anotehr backup of v14.5 and restore that into v15.5, to allow any extension changes and also for call logs. Is there a simple way to carry out another migration to the same server, or do I have to remove 15.5 and reisntall including restoring from backup?

Hello @millsey

Please note that you can only restore a V14 backup to V15.5 during the installation process as there are some changes that need to be applied when restoring a V14 backup and that can only happen during installation. So you will need to un-install the system and then re-install it using the V14 backup.
