Reinstall hosted instance

We have a couple of hosted 3cx instances for different customers. In the past when a customer went away we could reinstall the instance and use it for a new customer. But now i can't find the button anywhere. The same for the transfer button, this one is also missing.

Anybody any idea how to reinstall a hosted instance these days?

Since the machine is still running you need first to Stop it and then release the FQDN.

Do you also know where the transfer button is? to transfer a instance to another account.

You can do this from the portal however i would suggest that you contact first with [email protected] to clarify further.
