i used it 3cx last week and deployed an instance to a personal AWS account that worked fine. i had to reinstall due to wanting to move it and now i am unable to get past this step, the install getting an error

i have verified the correct IAM account, key-pair, AWS regions, and subscription Debian Buster 10 but can't get past this step. Any thoughts? i even removed everything and started again with no luck.

see below

An unknown error occurred: User: arn:aws:iam::88888888:user/8888888 is not authorized to perform: servicequotas:GetServiceQuota on resource: arn:aws:servicequotas:us-east-1:88888888888:ec2/L-34B43A08 because no permissions boundary allows the servicequotas:GetServiceQuota action

I have to say, this looks like an error from AWS. All the 3CX wizard does is present it to you so you might actually want to check this with AWS. Have you checked their documentation at all for information on this error?

I have the same problem. Maybe a new rule in the AWS.
To solve, you must go to IAM, edit the permissions for the user and add ServiceQuotasFullAccess
