I reinstalled 3cx on a new server and we use the 3cx.co.uk domain provided by you guys. As the external IP is different, how long does it take to update on 3cx side?

Depending on the version - Enterprise is 5 mins, Pro or Std is 6 hrs

Thanks. It looks like it has done it but my DNS provider is taking a while for it to pull through
