Rejected attended transfer

Hello,

We have Grandstream GXP-1450 and GXP-2124 phones with 3CX. For the life of us we cannot figure out what to do when the receiver of an attended transfer declines to take the call. How do we get the original caller back on the line? Any help is greatly appreciated!

When it happen (the receiver of an attended transfer declines to take the call), you should see "blinking" or "red" button on the device. If you press it - you will continue to talk with "the original caller".
