Good morning,
I could use some assistance in understanding an email I received regarding my FQDN subscription. It reads:

Your Subscription with FQDN xxxxxx.3cx.us appears to be offline for an extended period of time.

Now I am Ver 16.0.8.16 which should have updated the FQDN to activate.3cx.com automatically based on another question answered here change FQDN. The only other clue I have is that WeMeetings Synchronization shows a Network Error but that could be because of the version I am on. Currently doing a full system backup before upgrading to Ver 18.

How can up confirm that my FQDN is working and has updated with the Subscription service?

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

So I decided to upgrade to Ver 18 which is now completed. Any quick way to confirm FQDN is working or can I conclude that since the upgrade worked and part of that upgrade involved confirming my hosted FQDN and it appears to be working that I should be good to go?

That error message doesn't say anything about your FQDN working/not working. It says the instance associated with it appears to be offline, likely due to the unsupported version you were running.

To test if your FQDN is working (resolving) simply enter it into any browser from a different network than where your 3CX instance is. If the management console comes up, it's working.

Good Day
What are my options if we missed the deadlines to update to v16 patch 8a.
Currently on v16 patch 6.
Now unable to contact upgrade server to even update to v18 or see patch 8a

@Djoa

You will have to take a backup, deploy a new v18 machine and use the backup to restore your configuration.
