Hello there,

As a partner I received 2 NFR licenses, I used the primary one for myself and I setup the secondary one for one of my client as a demo, only to find out I cannot change that after I secured the customer on their own FQDN.

How can I release this FQDN and deploy the instance as new to demo for my next client please?
I can't seem to find there to either delete this system or to release the FQDN.

Thanks in advance

In order to be able and release the FQDN from the license key you need to access the 3CX Customer Portal using the credentials of the owner of the key. Then you will get the Disconnect option in the subscription.

With all due respect, the screenshot I took was from the 3CX customer portal, using the credentials of the owner of the key.

The system was installed with the same email address as my partner account.

Hope that helps in explaining the situation.

Is the machine also a 3CX Hosted installation?

That is correct

Then you first need to stop the 3CX Hosted installation first in order to get the Disconnect option.

Thank you very much, stopping the instance allowed me to see the disconnect function on the FQDN.
