Reload the backup on another server with a different license and FQDN

Hi, I should reload a backup to a new server that will have for various reasons a different FQDN and license, always linked to the same user.

How can I do to not lose the customer chat and the various settings?

Officially you cant do backups without FQDN anymore in v20. Im not sure if its still possible via cmd as i've not had to do it.
