remote can't call

good morning

i have configure a 3cx rel 8 in my company i have locally a gransteam 2000 e some softphone
and locally every work

i must connect to 3cx system a remote office and i am set other for this features

i have map statically port 5060 and 5090

i have connect my GXP2000 in remote office and set it in account1 field SIP Server: private ip of the server 3cx
Outbound Proxy: pubblic static ip of my adsl connection

i view GXP2000 as register and if a make a call from this the remote phone ring but i can't make call

i paste also a log if can help

Are you using an SPA3102? I'm seeing both ports 5060 and 5062 showing up for the same IP. Make sure that you have the same port number in both the 3102 and the 3CX trunk settings.

thanks for the reply

i use a patton 4554

with the softphone the remote internal can work
but whit granstrewam gx2000 the ip phone is registered i can ring other phone but call is not estabilished

are there somethink to set in gramstream 2000 for use this phone from remote internal ?

The one thing that you pretty much have to enable, when setting up a remote extension (and not using a tunnel of any sort), is STUN. Have you done that on the set? Unless the set is getting a public IP (not behind a router).
