Remote control 3cx V16 not work

Hello,
I just migrated my 3cx environment from version 15.5 to version 16.
(by saving the configuration / uninstall / install / restore)
When I do a webmeeting and I want to take remote control of a participant, the participant receives a request to confirm the control (the 3CX remote control is already installed on the computer).
When it validates, nothing happens. On the organizer side, there is still a message in a blue box "Waiting for X to accept your remote control request".


The workstations are on the same IP network as the 3cx server, no internal firewall for testing, full internet access (no proxy, no rules to block).

Have you encountered the same problem ?

I'm coming back to you after a period of vacation. I just did some more tests and it's working fine. I have the presentation of the choice of screens after the approval and installation of 3CXRemoteControl.
I can take the control of internal participant and external participant.

Hello,

since there has been an update of the 3CXWMRemoteControlSetup component, we can no longer take control.
When we do a remote control, we have in :

participant side :
the organizer wants to take control > Update component > once installed, we execute it.

Organizer side :
once the participant has accepted, we have the window to choose the screen > we choose the screen and execute the component to allow it to be copy/paste then click on start sharing> we can move the participant's mouse, but we do not see his screen.

We have errors in the F12 chrome console that you will find attached.

I am available for any test cause it's blocking for us to work with distant developper
