Remote Control Issues

When using remote control we had to disable all of our azure security policy's. Does anybody know what policy's may affect remote control working?

We also had issues with sharing are monitor when we had a laptop hooked up to a monitor. The second screen was showing in the web meeting but the mouse was moving round screen one when it was being remote controlled.

Anyone have any ideas?

Please advise what you mean by "remote control" I will take a guess either logging remoteley into the web browser interface of the PBX or RDP.

Direct PBX access - port 5001/443 (or whatever you set for HTTPS in 3CX)
RDP = Port 3389

The caveat for the RDP access (or at least on AWS which I use) is that you need to download and match encryption keys/generate a password when accessing.

I have the same Problems with the Web Meetings.
I tried it with vivaldi, chrome and firefox.
If you start remote control on the web meeting the only screen that works fine in the main screen.

Is there any fix or something?

Sry it's not always the main screen one screen does work in every test but its not always the main screen
