remote extension usin 3cx SBC not working

Hello, i have 3cx pbx on lightsail, i installed the SBC on a PI4 debian which is up an running in the siptrunks tab.
my siptrunks show 2 sim calls
the sbc shows 0 sim calls. isn't it supposed to have at least 1?

i have a remote office with a polycom vvx400. i copied and pasted the provisioning link, extension ID and password.
cannot make calls...cannot receive calls.

can anyone help?

Sure.

Step One - Get a Pi3 as Pi4 is not supported for the SBC.
Step Two - Factory reset the phone and provision it per this guide . You don't put an extension ID and password in the phone for provisioning.
