Remote office calls dropping after 15 seconds

I have 3 SPA941 phones connected in a remote office. They connect up just fine, but when you make a call or answer a call from one of the phones, the call will drop within 15 seconds. I have opened the ports on the office router as well as the ports on the remote office router. And from a second location I am using 3cx softphone and it is having issues as well.

what router are you using? are you calling the other location via a bridge or the local number? 15 seconds could be nat/firewall issue or carrier issue? we will need to see a 3cx trace log to troubleshoot better.

Thanks for your response. I am using Linksys routers on both ends. I put by 3CX in the DMZ and it made no difference. But it did increase my time from 15 seconds to 32 seconds. I have attached firewall test results and logs.

Could you please adjust information and provide clear description of the case?
Sorry, but information is slightly contradictory

First step is to verify stability of connection between external phone and local PBX extensions.
Second step is to verify stability of the connection with VoIP provider.

If both connections will work reliably then any call will work without any problems

There from the Grandstream phone, there is no audio being passed. And that phone drops after 32 seconds.

I have office 1 where 3CX is up and running. In that office I have 3 SPA941 that are working with no issues at all. In a remote office 300 miles away, I have a 3 SPA941 that are connected to a switch that is connected off a Clear Modem. The Clear Modem is doing DHCP. The remote office is connecting to the public IP address back in office 1. The phones sync up just fine. But when you place a call or receive a call it will only last for 15 seconds and then it drops.

My brother has the Grandstream phone 800 miles away connecting to office 1 and he is able to sync up just fine, but there is no audio being passed and his calls drop after 32 seconds.

I hope this better explains what is going on.
