Hello

Since the 3CX update, users can't longer see the presence of other users from another PBX
Have you an idea for solved this issue?

3CX version : 18.0 (Build 917)

If referring to bridged 3CX systems then try using the bridged systems FQDN and port under the remote presence settings and not the ip address.

Our 3Cx haven't FQDN.
We hasn't they access since outside.
