Remote Recoring V20

It seems that in V20 we now how to store recordings on the google cloud? I always send my customers to my NAS via FTP because there is no need to pay for storage. Is there no way to send voicemails to google for translate and store more recordings elsewhere?

3CX is working on adding their own AI-based transcription for later this year/early next year (AFAIK.)

We support archiving recordings to your NAS. See 3CX Recording Manager, and we will have all the AI features too in the next month or so:

• Full transcription (we already have this, but AI based is new)
• Sentiment
• Assigned tasks
• Appointments
• Key Points
• Summary
• Scoring
• Visualize recording (to ease QA monitoring)

The backend code is done and we are making UI changes now.
