@paulodagraca, I got the phone unlocked. I trying to set up the phone with the new credentials but on the cloud server (3CX) and then pushed it down to the phone, all of this seemed to work, but I have been IP Blacklisted again (on the jumbox onsite). When I log in remotely, I get the following error message:
