We have 3CX (v20) running on premises. Fanvil desk phones in the office, with remote users having the web client and the mobile app.
One user was making an external call from the web client while working remotely. The call went through as usual but mid call there was a blip with their internet connection, and they received a "reconnecting" message on their laptop. Meanwhile it seems the call was then transferred across to their desk phone in the office and we were able to hear them from the office. I've not seen this behaviour before and wondered if it was by design. Has anyone encountered this before, and any ideas if it can be disabled please?
The concern is if they were having a confidential call, we would not then want this broadcast to everyone! Thanks in advance for any help.
