Remove old Patton SIP trunk in V20

Hello,

In our 3cx environment we still have 2 entries for old Patton boxes that where decommissioned.
We want to remove them but we are receiving an error "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator"
I noticed an old thread that was solved, but there was no answer in the thread. https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-v16-cant-delete-old-sip-trunk.85792/

We are on the newest version, 3CX V20, Update 3.
How can we remove those old gateways?

I have same thing with OLD GXW-4108 gateway. can't remove the entries. when trying it gives me "Internal Error Occured". We are also on the newest 3CX V20 Update 3. Upgraded this weekend.

3cx support can do this for you. Have your 3cx partner put in a ticket for you.

This issue has existed for many, many, years for some reason.

The issue arises from the templates used to create the gateways or the use of unsupported gateways. In most cases, this is due to modifications made to the templates to allow outbound calls from each line individually—a functionality that was never supported. As a result, these configurations cannot be deleted directly.

To resolve this, the changes will need to be addressed from the backend, which requires submitting a ticket to 3CX Technical Support.
