Can't seem to remove the 1 from the outbound calls on the caller ID. Pretty much tried everything. Inbound caller ID works fine. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you confirmed (Wireshark?) that you are sending the 1? Many providers in North America will add a prefix to a number, on their customers caller ID device, in order to make it "dial-able" by the recipient. Have you checked that it is not your provider doing this?

yes, we are sending 1 and everything works fine. i just wanted to have it changed in caller ID.

Do you mean, you are sending the 1 as a part of the dialled digits, or as a part of the caller ID?

We send 1 sometimes as part of dialed digits but need the caller ID to not show the 1. It messes up the CRM and shows 1 in some numbers and not in others. therefore the contacts are duplicated. hope this makes sense.

To clarify...are you talking about a "1" showing on your incoming caller ID, or your outgoing caller ID. You mention it happening on some numbers, but not others. If it is incoming, then your CID re-formatting should take care of that if there is a leading 1. If you are talking about outgoing caller ID, then the forst thing you need to confirm is whether or not you are actually sending it (on some numbers?). If you are not, then it may be that it is being added by your provider, or, the provider of the recipient.

We use flowroute as a sip trunk providers. I have rules setup where 1 is added to 10 digit numbers. But i'd like for it to show 10 digits everywhere on caller ID and CRM integration.

I'm still not clear on what the actual issue is. You are showing outbound rules. That has nothing to do with caller ID, incoming or outgoing. If your provider (Flowroute) requires that you prefix your dialled calls with a 1, then that is what you have to do. That digit can be added in the rules, or can be dialled by the caller.

If the people that you are calling, receive caller ID that has a 1 prefix, and that is your issue, then you must first confirm whether or not that you are sending a caller ID (not the dialled digits), with a 1 prefix. This may require the use of Wireshark, or your provider may be of help.

If it is incoming caller ID that has a 1 prefix, and you want to eliminate it, then you can reformat the number.
