Removing "Bye" system message

i want to remove or silence the "thankyou_goodbye.wav" response from the BYE system message and just replace it with silence, i have tried clicking on it and pressing browse and replacing this file with the Empty.wav file and nothing happens.
can anyone else

Hello @zerona

You will need to navigate to Settings / System Prompts and create a copy of the prompts you are using. Then once you select the copy you made you can perform changes to it. Make sure you leave the names of the files the same so the system knows to play the right one. You may also want to restart the media server service to clear any prompts still loaded in the cache.
