Solved removing existing at&t flex trunk and adding a generic trunk

Hi,

I'm adding a Generic Voip Provider trunk and I'm getting this RED exclaimation mark. Anyone know why and how to resolve this? seem like the first DID is not working

Also anyone how to set the caller ID on AT&T flex. Before I use to have the option from v18 to choose from:
<field name="Source" custom="" parameter="RequestLineURIUser">$EnforcedOriginatorCallerId</field>

<field name="ParameterIn" custom="" parameter="FromUserPart">$CallerNum</field>

<field name="ParameterIn" custom="" parameter="FromDisplayName">$CallerName</field>

<field name="ParameterIn" custom="" parameter="ToUserPart">$CalledNum</field>

But after the upgrade to v20. I do not see those option anywhere. Can someone please point me to where I can set the from caller ID incoming to show up CallerNum? Currently when people call in it just show the 9 digit number instead of the caller ID.
