Removing name from Caller ID info on incoming calls

Hello!

I have been madly searching these forums trying to find an up-to-date answer so sorry if it is here somewhere.

We run a hotline that is anonymous - our operators should not be able to see the name or number of the incoming caller. We have figured out how to scramble the number portion using the CID rules. We have not figured out how to remove the name though... is there an easy solution to this issue?

You can give something a try, so if you export your trunk xml, you will have ParameterIn and this is for the inbound parameters, so you can try to change that, in >$CallerName use a different parameter so it wont show you the name.
