Has any one come across the following issue...
Our 3CX server shows 2 Snom 820 phones still in the server console as "New Phone" detected with its mac address, and a dhcp ip address after being physically removed from the network.
These 2 Snom phones were originally connected as extension 1000 and extension 1001, they have been physically removed from the network and 2 NEW Snom 820 phones have been put in their place with the same extension numbers.
These 2 new phones show correctly registered with a different dhcp ip address,and now show their new mac addresses.
We are running server 2008 R2 and 3CX Phone System v8.10824 and 3 Snom 820 phones with latest firmware
