Removing Trial License no longer required

Hi Everyone,

We are self hosting our 3CX instances (on premises). We have a number of Trial Licenses we would like to delete or remove from our list because they are no longer required. Are you able to give clear instructions on how we remove the license keys we no longer require from our list of keys in the customer portal, or do 3CX need to do this for us? Remember these are self hosted 3CX servers, Im hoping we can remove or manage them ourselves. -

Obviously we can shutdown the VM ourselves, I only talking about removing the trial keys from within the 'Keys' section of the customer/partner portal.

Only 3CX team able to remove the unused license keys.

Hi @Methodz86,

You could log in to each of the customer portals of the POC accounts and select to Unlink via the My Partner section. This would remove the key from the "Assigned Keys" section of your Partner Portal.
