Renewal for SSL Certificate failed

over the last couple weeks we are getting this error:

HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed - Network problem SSL certificate failed due to network conditions. Unable to reach Certificate Issuing Servers. The process to renew your certificate will start again in a couple of hours.

I searched and thought this was because of country blocking. we opened up the download site but still getting this error.

So you say you opened up the download site but 3CX isn't doing the certificate, LE is. If you are 'securing' you installation, the logs in your firewall/security appliance should show you where the PBX is trying to reach out to.

what do you mean LE is doing the certification?

3CX certificates are Let's Encrypt certificates and that's where the system is reaching out for the validation. You can look in the logs for your security device at the time of the emails and you should see the attempts and then be able to whitelist.
