We're interested in expanding 3cx to more of our locations.

However we have a question.

Dealing with an annual renewal in the portal/system is VERY annoying.

Is there a way to apply like a 5 year license to the system? Rather than an annual license which has to be renewed annually through a partner?

Yes, you can purchase multiple years in advance, up to 10 years. I would strongly still recommend going through a partner. Not only for the support but you also get to help them grow as a 3CX Partner
